I had to pay to tow my car from the high way to my house because the dealership wouldn’t take it in to fix it, they want to charge me for a diagnostic check to see what is wrong with it but my issue is that if I pay for this and they want to charge me for other work and at the end of the day the issue is still happening, I don’t want to waste thousands of dollars when I know the problem is coming from the recall that it needs and it’s been on standby for almost a year. This is really un safe and now I am out of a car because it is now non- operational. This issue is exactly the same as the recall issues they describe on your online site.
