2023 Audi Q4 E-TRON Sportback

The contact owns a 2023 Audi Q4 E-Tron. The contact stated that after charging the vehicle to 80 percent, the vehicle only achieved 91 miles of travel time. The help system warning light was continuously illuminating. The contact stated that the turn signal intermittently failed to operate as needed. The contact also stated that the Lane Keep Assist intermittently failed to operate as designed, and the doors occasionally failed to open with the key fob nearby. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V842000 (Electrical System) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The dealer informed the contact that they would no longer service the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but provide no additional assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 85. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

On April 14, 2023. I was driving west bound on Warner Road in Tempe. I bypassed the shopping enter and turned into the church parking lot - to drive through so that I could change the direction to go East on Warner Road. While driving through the parking lot - only doing about 10 miles per hour, the vehicle sensors "Adaptive Driving" feature - motioned the vehicle which case the right front to hit the base of the concrete lamp post. The parking lot surface consist of hairline cracks - which the sensors obviously picked up and caused the impact to the concrete base.
