The contact owns a 2024 Alliance Valor RV. The contact stated that the lithium 12-Volt battery failed to charge, and the battery warning light was flashing. The contact owns a 2024 Alliance Valor RV. The contact stated that the lithium 12-Volt battery failed to charge, and the battery warning light was flashing. The error codes 01 and 08 were displayed indicating a temperature overload. Upon inspection, the contact discovered that the 12-Volt Lithium battery was wrapped in the tank heater pad that was smoldering. The contact removed the heater pad. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 8,000.

Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Valor and Paradigm recreational trailers. The heating pad may not be appropriate for lithium battery applications.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: The heating pad may overheat in the battery compartment, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the heating pads, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 24, 2026. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 29, 2026.

Alliance RV, LLC is recalling certain 2024-2025 Alliance Valor 31T13 travel trailers. The front bathroom may be missing the Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) and may not be connected to the GFI circuit.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: A bathroom electrical outlet that is missing GFI protection can result in electrical shock, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the standard receptacle with a GFI receptacle, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed in October 18, 2024. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.
